Resisted Jumping Jacks
Stabilize a band under your feet by wrapping it once around each foot. Keep some slack in the middle once your feet are together. Hold the band at your sides with both hands. Quickly raise your arms as high as you can while separating your feet to more than shoulder distance apart.
