Valentines Day is one of my favorite holidays of the year because... everything is my favorite color: PINK! Its also the perfect excuse to binge on chocolate cause it all goes on sale the day after!

But if you have a special someone valentines day is all about LoVe <3 <3 <3 and if you're lucky looking good naked if you know what I mean ;)

So in preps for all the Valentines Day lovers out there, here's a perfect Rubberbanditz resistance band workout. Its a partnered workout, meaning you'll never have to spend a moment apart from your SO. Plus you'll both be looking sexy when it comes time to celebrating the holiday ;)

Lateral Lunge

  1. Position you and your partner so the band is circling both of you at the waist
  2. Lunge out in opposite directions

Warrior Lunge

  1. Face back to back with about a foot in between with the band around both of you
  2. Lunge forward alternating legs

Backwards Lunges

  1. Face each other
  2. Lunge backwards alternating legs, going against the band's resistance
