  1. I’ve found that my fitness has been absolutely terrible. I recently picked uptennis, I’ve been looking at different ways to improve my game, I’ve noticed though that my cardio is pretty bad. I’ve been trying to really improve my cardio, any tips?

  2. Honestly, the best thing you can do for cardio is just to get out there and work on it. Bike, run, or swim and try to do it for 15-30 minutes at a time without stopping. As you get better, that time will go much faster!
