Most people overlook the capacity of bands to work their legs. This supersonic resistance band exercise (from the corresponding section of our Rubberbanditz manual) will erase all previous misconceptions. It’s geared toward strengthening the hamstrings and hips, areas often overlooked in leg training. Use it to balance you out, tone you up, etc.
